The Broker Price Opinion will determine the price that you should sell your home. This is not an actual appraisal, but is the closest thing to one.

It will include your personal number for all inquires. This service is generally reserved for Realtors and is an excellent way to advertise.

CONTRACT Tulsa SERVICE  $499

Use our contracts (use this when you find the buyer).  Our contract is written non-biased - it does not favor the buyer or seller.  We will write and help with the contract terms and if requested will submit to closing companies and follow up to keep the contract valid.  This can be deducted from closing proceeds.

Tulsa CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS  $499

Use this service when a Realtor brings you a contract written for a buyer. We will help you:  negotiate, familiarize, finalize contracts, provide net to sellers, handle inspection objections (if any), keep timelines on contract, and assist with title preparation.  This can be deducted from closing proceeds

Services begin when payment is received.  The Seller should inform the Realty Company when the property is pending and when closed.  No Refunds on any services.  Lunaas Realty can also show and sell property and is entitled to applicable sales commission when the property is sold.  If Lunaas Realty brings the contract, all parties must agree to sign the transaction brokerage agreement.  Any leads from Realtor.com will belong to Lunaas Realty.
